This service is provided to schools, colleges and residential facilities and is aimed at improving the quality of provision to students, service users and staff. The consultancy can be tailored to meet individual situations and can include the following services:

Learning Support Consultancy

CT Training offers a comprehensive review of the support offered in a school or college. It will provide constructive ways of improving the service, establishing learning support facilities, galvanising in-class support, providing training for teachers and support staff, establishing effective coaching and mentoring services.

Curriculum Review

CT Training provides consultancy for schools and colleges to develop inclusive practice and review curriculum organisation. This can include:

• observation and recommendation of effective practice for individual clients or groups
• management consultancy
• consultancy for managing change
• curriculum or programme development
• an audit of staff training needs.

The service will include a full written report with recommendations and analysis.

Coaching and Personal Development

CT Training can provide a personal coaching service for managers and team leaders. This is provided by face to face sessions followed by email and telephone support. The service will provide practical help in:

• time and people management
• solving problems assertively
• implementing change
• improving communication skills.

A single consultancy day costs £575 plus costs
